    • Orientation to be provided at beginning of placement
    • Student Objectives for Clinical Placement to be signed and discussed with student.
    • Attendance Form to be signed off daily
    • Skills List to be signed off as requested
    • Preceptor Feedback to be completed, signed and emailed to tutor for that particular year. These can be found under programme links below.
