- At Whitireia there are three nursing degree programmes and one diploma programme. Click on the tab for the programme to find associated information and paperwork.

Degree programmes
- Clinical learning is an important part of nursing education and the New Zealand Nursing Council requires that the student nurse undertake a minimum of 1100 clinical practice hours. Practice experiences are designed to focus on the learning needs of the student nurse and enable them to undertake nursing care with people in any context.

- Registered nurses who are preceptors make a valuable contribution to clinical learning for nursing students.

  Attendance Form to be signed off daily

Diploma of Enrolled Nursing

- To access the CLES + T evaluation and the preceptor Nomination form please click on the following link which will take you to the Clinical Placement General Information moodle site. You will need to scroll to the appropriate tab to find the information you are after. To complete the evaluation and nomination you will need to be logged in (Whitireia login).
